A complete kitchen, not a grill against a wall
Every unit arrives from the factory in stainless steel, with a grill, sink, fridge and storage already built in. It is not an architectural structure that needs foundations or a drainage connection: it just needs an existing power point and water supply on the terrace, in the garden or by the pool.
The range runs from the most compact format, suited to a balcony or a small terrace, up to the premium model, with an electric lift spice cabinet, television and zone lighting. There is also a different format from the rest: an open pergola with a retractable awning, for anyone who prefers adjustable shade to a closed unit.
What is always included
A built-in gas grill, a beverage fridge, storage drawers with imported slides and, depending on the model, a sink, range hood, television, Bluetooth speaker and LED lighting. Every finish and colour option is customisable case by case.

Built on the same core as the ML-Kitchen 220 — grill, sink, fridge and tilt-up canopy — with an extra 0.48 m of countertop, a European-style range hood and a built-in TV with Bluetooth speaker, connecting the kitchen to the outdoor living area.

The largest format in the range, with 3.50 m of continuous countertop, a 36-inch grill, a 24-inch fridge and an electric lift spice cabinet next to the grill. 42-inch television, range hood and Bluetooth sound, in graphite finish.

The most complete model in the range: 3.76 m closed, a side door that opens to 90°, a 46-inch grill, a 24-inch fridge, an electric lift spice cabinet, a 42-inch television on a telescopic mount, and a side cabinet with a built-in 30 m garden hose. Walnut-look finish, with adjustable zone lighting.

A different format from the rest of the range: instead of a closed unit with a tilt-up canopy, this is an open pergola with slatted side screening, a 900 mm retractable electric awning, and a fully equipped counter with a grill, sink and storage. Built for adjustable shade rather than an enclosed structure.

Unlike a modular home or a garden office, these units are freestanding equipment rather than a building: they arrive practically ready to use, needing only an existing power point and water supply. That tends to simplify the municipal review considerably, compared with a structure built from scratch.
The ML-Kitchen Pergola 310, being an open structure with a fixed roof, may in some municipalities be treated more like a small garden structure than simple equipment. We always review the specific case before proposing the final solution.

Outdoor kitchens: specific questions
Does it need construction work to install?
Usually not. It just needs an existing power point and a water supply within a short distance. No deep foundations or drainage connection are needed, unless you want the sink drain plumbed to a fixed point.
Does it need a building permit?
It depends on the model and the municipality. The closed formats are usually treated as equipment rather than a building. The open pergola model, having a fixed roof, may require an additional check. We always review the specific case before proceeding.
Can it stay exposed to rain and sun all year round?
Yes, the structure is stainless steel, resistant to UV, rain and humidity. The tilt-up canopy or the awning protect the interior when closed.
Can the colours and finishes be customised?
Yes. There are several colour options for the exterior structure and the cabinet fronts, and more than one finish for the worktop. We share the available options at quotation stage.
