What helps us answer faster
What information should I have about the plot?
The municipality and, if possible, the land registry reference or coordinates. Plot area, approximate slope, access track width, distance to water, power and drainage connections, and any planning information you already have from the council.
What if I do not have land yet?
No problem. Tell us the municipality or region you are looking in and the layout you want. We can tell you what to check on each plot before buying — that is exactly where a modular project is won or lost.
How quickly do you reply?
48 working hours for an initial assessment. A fixed quotation with an outline design takes two to four weeks after the site assessment.
Does the initial assessment cost anything?
No. The initial assessment and the desk review of the plot are free and without commitment. Costs only begin with detailed design, once a contract is signed.
